The Roots of Sustainably Rooted

Hello & thank you for visiting my website! My name is Tracy Csavina and I am the founder/owner of Sustainably Rooted. Growing up in the woods of Ohio, I developed a love of nature, especially trees, at a very young age. Every season brought something new and exciting to discover and any chance I had, I was outdoors. In the Spring and Summer, playing in the woods, climbing trees, riding my bike with neighbors and sisters, building forts, wading in the creek, catching minnows & tadpoles, chasing the butterflies, watching the fireflies light up the yard and woods and listening to the sounds of all the birds and crickets. In the Fall I was surrounded by a glow of red, orange and yellow as the leaves changed to these vibrant colors and eventually fell to the ground. This created endless hours of fun, raking them into big piles and jumping in them. And when the snow fell in the winter, I was out with my sisters, building snow forts, snowmen & women, and our favorite - sledding down our awesome hill. I didn't realize how fortunate I was to have nature as my playground.

Fast forward to December 2022, I was on a road trip with my sister from Ohio back to our home in Colorado. This was the first Christmas without our mom who had passed away earlier that year after a long battle with Parkinson's. At the time, I was on a sabbatical from my career as a high school teacher of 22 years. It was during this drive discussing a possible new career path of starting my own business, that my sister helped me brainstorm on a name and focus for my business. Stemming from my love of trees, being in nature and wanting to be a part of the solution of preserving our planet... Sustainably Rooted LLC was created and the seeds were planted for my new business.

Our garage remodel, along with our new fence was completed near the end of summer 2023, and we are extremely satisfied with the final product. Tracy, the owner, demonstrated true passion, communicated and collaborated throughout the entire project, provided excellent quality of work and with care towards all details.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company and look forward to working with them in the future!
